Bad Dawg Front Bumper with Winch Mount for Polaris RZR 800/S/570/4 800 793-9002-00

Did not like the instructions. Also the mounting bracket that fits behind the radiator on the tube frame was not designed correctly to clear the radiator hose and connection to the radiator. Nice looking bumper but also a little heavy for mounting to the 2 thin wall tubes behind radiator. Bumper much more substantial than these attachment points. So I returned it.

The instructions are very poor. I called Bad Dawg and asked for information on how to install. They were not able to assist. One employee found a video that shed a little light but not really much help. I had to remove the shock and spring to install this. After install it was discovered the winch mounts to the bumper just fine but there is no way to mount the flairlead or rollers for the winch. Another call to Bad Dawg for a winch plate that would work and I was advised they do not have one. I believe I found a plate that will work from Cabella's. Waiting for it to arrive.

I love the bumper second one I have bought. But this one had a bunch of pitting in the metal an they just painted over it . Qc seems to have gone down a little since the last 1 I bought
