Looks, Features and Ease of Assembly
The chair is absolutely beautiful. It has all the features of a $1500 chair I'm replacing. The assembly instructions are very clear which makes the chair very easy to assemble. Word of advice when assembling -- close the box it came in and tape it closed, turn the box vertically, and use the top of the box as a tabletop to assemble the chair. It makes it so much easier.

Quality and comfort - a chair that will last
So far I am so glad I spent a little more than what I first intended. I found a great deal on this chair, but it was still more expensive than my initial price range. The look, quality, and comfort of this chair seem to be well worth it so far.I want to give extra credit and appreciation that the delivery of the chair was sooner than expected and early in the day. I was so ready to replace my old office chair.I wanted a chair that would support my back and the chair back has the lumbar support in the right place for me. I also wanted a chair that would give me comfort when sitting for long hours. My butt felt so good, as I settled into the seat. I didn't want a large, cushy, leather chair, but more of a working office chair. I wanted a chair that would hold up over time and not have cushioning or material that would easily breakdown over time.My old office chair had the vented material for the back, but not the seat. I liked the venting on the back and felt that a vented seat would be good also. I never liked how seat padding seams to wear down over time. I had already added additional padded cushion to the old chair. I think that the seat on the new chair should hold up. We will see.I like that the chair back has adjustment so that it can recline and lock in place at a few different positions. It doesn't go to a full recline, but I don't want to fall asleep in my chair. The head rest is good for added support when working on the computer for hours. The head rest adjusts up and down, so you can find the best area on your head or neck you want to support. It does not adjust forward, but you can swivel it slightly up or down. The arm rests adjust up and down, as you would expect. The top also swivels in or out slightly. The arm pads are not soft and cushy. They have cushion, but it is firm. They should hold up over time. The chair comes with two sets of wheels. You can install the standard caster type wheels or the upgraded blade wheels. I choose to use the blade wheels. They make the chair roll easily on my laminate floor. They are smooth and quiet.Of course, you have seat height adjustment, as needed. With the blade wheels on, I think the seat height is perfect for me. But I am 5' 6. I might raise it just a bit. A shorter person would probably want to use the caster wheels. The instructions are a bit weak on the explanation. I did have to remove a couple things after installing them. The gotchas are that there is an arrow next to the "Front" designation on the seat mechanism. The R/L arm rest designation refers to when the chair is upright and not in the upside down installation position. The chair was packed in a manageable box and all the parts were packed very well. Many of the parts were packed firmly in foam. The bolts were in a plastic package and they gave you one extra of each size/type.Overall, I think this is the best working office chair that I have used, both in the office and working from home.

Well Built with a few small cons
I ordered this chair from Amazon Warehouse (Used Like New) and saved a considerable amount of money. The packaging was reinforced with tape and I wasn't sure what to expect. The good news was it didn't appear to have been opened; however, the package with the screws was open and there were only two visible on the top. I removed all the components and after searching through all the packaging and bags containing parts all the screws were located. The screws were all over the place and the various chair components (even though they were in plastic bags) had to be gently shaken and 3 screws were found this way. Perhaps the manufacturer should rethink how they package the screws and hex key since the delivery services seem to drop kick most items all the way to your door. The hex key driver is far superior to any I have received with other products as it actually has a handle.Assembling the chair was not difficult at all and the instructions were easy to follow. I started to assemble the chair and was surprised at how heavy the components are. (I am 70 and female and I soon found this might be a problem.) Thankfully my son stepped in and with an electric drill with the correct tool installed quicly had the chair assembled. It took about 30 minutes from the time I started fumbling with it until my son finished it. If he had done the whole thing it would have taken about 15 minutes.I have never tried a mesh office chair and I was surpised at how sturdy the mesh is. It is definitely cooler than upholstered chairs and the ergonomics are excelllent (except for the headrest). I find the chair very comfortable and I am a very large person. I have had no problems with the seat and don't feel the frame through the mesh as others have complained about. The arms on the chair are very adjustable and are not loose. It is not difficult to change the height of the arms and the armrests have some type of padding which has a little give but some people might find them too stiff. I'm fine with them right now but if I feel I need more padding I'll just put the padded armrest covers on them that can be found on Amazon. The chair comes with two different types of casters and the "roller blade" type casters are a dream come true. I've never experienced an office chair with this type caster before and from now on this is the only type I will use.The hydraulic height adjust is very, very good. The upright and recline lock is also very good. I don't have mine locked in the upright position as I find that even slightly reclining is great and isn't loose or wobbly. You only have to push back to where you want to be and you're there. If you don't push further it remains in that position. This is really nice. The reason this chair gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the head rest. I wanted a chair with a cervical head rest because I have serious problems with my neck and had high hopes for this chair. The head rest is adjustable as advertised although the forward and back position won't hold. It keeps moving back after I move it forward. The up/down adjustment holds just fine except if you are shorter than 5'8" I believe you will find it is too high at it's lowest setting to support your head and neck. This was a serious disappointment to me but since the rest of the chair is excellent I will keep it and try to find a solution to this problem.Over all this is a very well built chair, especially for the price. I have only had it a very short time but if anything comes up I will revise my review.
