100% would recommend!It doesn't bloat or give the stomach aches most do. It mixes surprisingly well; it'll take about fine minutes to dissolve on a bottle of water to sip throughout the day if you want. I did notice it took about a day or two off my recovery time which is nice. I bought 1 gram capsules and filled it with this for travel and didn't notice any difference from taking the powder directly.Yes, it is expensive. But the guarantee of a pure product is with the price.I did notice one 'side effect' that I haven't experienced with other products. It does make me pee often for about 2 hours after taking it. But that is only if I take 5 grams at a time. If I space out the dosage, like with capsules, throughout the day, then I don't have that effect.
