Whole family loves it. Even kids who usually don’t eat nuts as in this granola they are nicely crunchy and caramelized.

Not for me
Had a strange "burnt" taste. It's not for me although the quality was good, packaging eco friendly. Just not to my taste.

A Disreputable Brand
I had eaten this cereal for a couple of years, and it can be good. The trouble is that the quality varies from batch to batch. Recently I had the worst one ever: all of the ingredients were on the verge of being burned and there were no pecans. I bought two boxes like this. I contacted Spoon and got a message from a rep called Priyanka, who informed me that they had recently acquired new ovens and were experiencing 'technical difficulties'. Immediately I thought this was disreputable business practice: knowing that you've created a substandard product but putting it on the market anyway. However, Priyanka offered to send a replacement, which I agreed to, providing my address and phone number. Yet nothing showed up and my subsequent emails were ignored. I have no respect for this company anymore and I shall never buy their products again. If this is how they treat long-standing customers then they can shove their granola.

Good but expensive
Really like the taste but it’s too expensive to be a regular for me. A bigger packet would be more beneficial too!
