Average quality but bright light for the money!
I have experience in other brands of LED bulbs. For example Phillips and Pac Lights. But my review is about this brand. First of all the positive side is they are all bright. (I ordered 7 of them for two ceiling fans)However on each separate light fixture one of the bulbs has a slight delay when you turn it on. Nothing major but enough to notice if you look. I tried changing bulbs around thinking it might be something to do with electricity flowing but still the same bulb in each fixture is delayed by a fraction of a second. So taking that into consideration I can assume they probably would do the same thing using a dimmer switch. (Dimmer switches are more sensitive to current flow obviously)So basically 2 out of 7 have a slight issue. Maybe caused by shipping them from across the United States is 2 days, which was impressive,They have a 2 year warranty but you have to go to website to file a claim. Also says on the box 23 year lifespan so why only 2 years on warranty? So I am going to keep them because they do what I needed them to do, which was to shine a good amount of light. The slight delay doesn't bother me too badly but all I can say is my Phillips and Pak lights I have do not do that. I think you are getting a good bulb over all but not a 5 star bulb unless you actually buy more expensive ones and who wants to do that? The truth probably is you get what you pay for. .... I will update this review if I have issues in the next months or if the 2 bulbs start working without a delay. (Yeah right)

If You Can Afford to Stay Away
I do not frequently write reviews despite purchasing heavily from Amazon, but I think 1 star is a generous rating for a bulb that has a failure rate of almost 50%. They were the lowest cost LED bulbs at the time, but I should have trusted my instincts and paid a little more for a bulb from a manufacturer with greater brand recognition. I purchased 20 of these for my office's conference room thinking that I would not have to replace them for at least 5 years. My conference room lighting is motion activated and operational an average of 3.5 hours per day, 5 days per week. Although the product description leads consumers to believe their published operating hours, I tempered my expectations due to the fact this is a super low cost LED. I did not think I would have to temper it this much.Of the 20 bulbs that were purchased through Amazon on 9/16/2014 and installed exactly a year ago today, only 13 are still in operation and a couple other bulbs are now beginning to exhibit the flicker that preceded each of the other failures. In a couple months, I expect these flickering bulbs will go out completely, making a total of 11 bulbs out of 20 that are still operating after less than a thousand hours of use. A couple bulbs went out within 2 months of use, while the others showed no distinct pattern of failure in terms of frequency or other symptoms of impending failure aside from the flicker. There is over 2 feet of space between the drop ceiling and roof, so heat dissipation is not the cause, and as evidenced from the condition of the ceiling tiles, moisture vapor or liquid water did not contribute to the failures. Although I no longer have the packaging for these bulbs, it would not surprise me if 1 year was the duration of the manufacturer's warranty, but at this point it is a lesson learned for a rather costly price. On the other hand, I have sixteen G7 LED bulbs at home that have been operating for over 2 years at a much higher usage rate, but great customer support that replaced a total of 2 bulbs that exhibited an occasional flicker but did not expire prematurely. Accountability is often worth more than the additional price you pay for it at purchase.

The Best LED Bulb, Great Price with Superior Brightness and Performance
These bulbs aren't just impressive, they are superior to the competing brands tested including those of some of the bigger brands. They blow the older technology out the water. Throw out your fluorescence and traditional incandescents, good riddance.I purchased some PAR38's, 3 different brands at various prices, and tested them all. The Brighter Light Bulb was hands down the best. After starting with a dozen bulbs, I committed fully and embraced the LED technology and replaced over 60 of those bulbs throughout my home.I then moved onto the A60 bulbs which are the standard Edison bulb size. I replaced all of the bulbs in my bathroom fittings, bedside lamps, as well as in wall and pendant lights. Overall I couldn't be happier, my lights throughout are brighter, the dimming capabilities are impressive, and the overall experience is of a much more true and nicely warm light. The cost of running these bulbs is roughly 1/6th the price of traditional bulbs, so not only is LED a greener technology, but it also reduces the monthly electrical costs. The bulbs are very well priced and even in the short-mid term are far better value than traditional bulbs. The upfront cost is quickly made up by the electrical savings and the immense lifespan of the LED technology.

11W, not 9.5W
My Kill-A-Watt shows these bulbs at 11W, not the advertised 9.5W. I tested several of my other bulbs to make sure it wasn't just a misreading and the others were all within 0.1W of their advertised wattage. The light quality seems good, so I'm going to keep them, but I feel a bit cheated.

On the blink...
Initially these were great bulbs. I have 6 that were purchased in October 2014. They are in a vanity light in a restroom that probably see 2 hours of on time per day. Mid November one of the bulbs began to blink on and off, a day later it would not turn on. The following week another began blinking and then died. The third is currently on the blink... Three months and 3 out of 6 bulbs have died. All bulbs are individually packaged still have had a failure rate of 50% in less than 3 months with less than 180 hours of use. It is now past the return period with Amazon, and I am stuck with $50 worth of bad bulbs. Save your $8 and spend it with a different manufacture.Update: 1/30/151 of 6 bulbs is still shining bright while my bathroom is growing darker... Do not purchase form this manufacture!
