I like my new case. I did the watertightness test upon arrival and it passed wonderfully. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I keep the audio cord in the case I keep my phone in so I can access it easily but I leave the mic screw open so I can hear my phone when I'm not around the water. I've used my phone in the shower (don't ask ~.-) with the top button open before remembering it was unscrewed and open. It's easy enough to point the phone downward if caught in a sudden spray of water. If I were around the water more often I would probably invest in a small waterproof speaker with an aux port or a bluetooth and just keep it screwed in and have an open line. It's not very easy to screw and unscrew the button quickly but it can be done. It took a little bit of getting used to for me to use the screen accurately. The edges of the screen require a bit more attention when swiping letters closer to the border. All in all I am very happy with the case and I'm glad I waited. The charging cover is well designed and secure. When a charger other than the one designed by samsung for my phone I have run into a few minor issues in trying to get the charger into the phone but it hasn't been too much of an inconvenience.Thank you for a well designed product.

Served it's purpose. I cannot say kept my phone 100% dry, but it did a nice job at trying. While putting the case on you must be careful not to press too hard on the screen or you'll break the seal (to keep the water out). I would definitely say do a basic water test on an old phone, or with just the cardboard on the inside first before using it. I used it at a water park, and while coming down a water slide, sadly water did find its way into the case. But I'm sure it's from the pressure. Meanwhile, using it in just the regular pool and wave pool, it seemed fine. Do note, I have the Galaxy S4, it may be a coincidence, but my phone started acting odd towards the end of the day... I got a system error that told me to reboot the phone. NEVER SAW THAT BEFORE... scared the life out of me... But I also recently used it at the beach, dropped it in water, and it kept the sand out.. so.. I'm on the fence about this case.

This was actually given away as a gift, but what I do know is the OtterBox waterproof case for the iPhone 5 is no good. I ended up taking 2 of them back for failure to keep out water. The seals on the headphone port and charger port are poorly made and fall off. So for this product, I guess it's worth a try, jus know not to get the waterproof OtterBox... But don't get me wrong, other OtterBox's are excellent in quality, jus not the waterproof one.

3 stars because of the price. feels cheap like i should have paid more for a better brand. Something i didnt think about was how the sealed case would affect the sound. However it appears to be a different material over the speakers and microphone, volume and noise is quiet and muffled. Also when scrolling it often clicked on links, pictures, etc...This is also my first waterproof case (that i fear of testing on purpose) so I might have been just over expecting on this one.

Case for fine after some maneuvering and pressure. Really pretty cool it can be submerged and be fully water proof! Only negative is when talking on the phone, I've been told it sounds like I'm talking through a can and I have to yell to be heard. Ended up having to take it off. May be great to take to the beach, river or pool to just take pictures though!

Maybe I'm crazy, but I did not get the color I ordered. I have ordered this case before but from a different company. The other one was the right color but the plastic that went over the front of the phone was slightly off. With this product everything is aligned but chargers and headphones are a tight fit. Be careful when releasing these items.

This product is waterproof however it is hard to open the door to charge the phone it also sounds as if you are talking in a barrel. Also when you listen to the music on it the volume is not very loud. I don't like this product and likely wont use it.

The cover sticks to the screen really bad. Everyone I press a key it makes a lot of noise. Tried to take the case apart and couldn't get my phone off of the case. Here it ended up wreaking my case. Not happy with this choice
