Loud and clear
So far so good. I’ve only had it for a couple weeks but it works and sounds pretty darn good for the money. I’m running four speakers in the cockpit, two speakers in the stern/swim platform area and a subwoofer.

Buy other quality amp, NOT A PYLE of JUNK
Did NOT work. NO FUNCTION at all. Called PYLE and they weren't very helpful. "Sounded like they were in a warehouse assembling PYLE AMPS." Anyway, I now have 2 NON-FUNCTIONING Amps By PYLE. 1st 400 watt one didn't work either. POOR QUALITY and it's very, Very Apparent that the customer is pretty much a Non-Existent Entity to this company. My Opinion Anyway

1 month bumping without issues
I installed this in my 2009 Ford Escape to my aftermarket Android head unit. I upgraded all 4 car speakers and this amp definitely made them sound way better and louder. I tapped into the speaker wires from the harness, connected the remote wire, and it has worked great. You can connect your phone directly to it via bluetooth, but I like to control the volume and change the music with my steering wheel buttons. The bluetooth function is cool though if you like to share the dj responsibilities, someone can easily connect to it. I wish the amp wasn't so huge, I mounted it to standing up horizontally against the rear passenger seat, gives just enough space that way for some to sit between it and the center console. Because of mounting it this way,I have allowed it more ventilation space which has kept it from getting overly hot on me, it has yet to shut down. The gain buttons are cheap plastic, it's easy to strip the grooves. I like the blue light it gives off at night, I think it adds a cool vibe with friends. I am going to add a sub shortly, I will update once I do. I bought this open box for $89, definitely has been a big bang for my buck.

Sounds perfect at first but the Amp only lasts about 6 months....
Bought this amp and put it in my rockcrawler, i loved it so much at first i got another one for my buddys jeep. Well after about a month both amps started making a low staticky sound, and it never stopped, if u turn the music up u cant hear it and its all good, but if you pause the song or turn the music down then all u hear is faint static. That part i could live with though, but then about 6 months in one amp started randomly goin into protect mode ALL the time, and not long after that the amp in my buddys jeep just completely quit. It is a good amp for the money when it works, but all in all its a cheap amp that wont last, if ur gonna do it atleast get the amazon warranty so its easier to swap the amp out everytime it quits

It looks nice. The end of the pros.
This thing is a total Pyle of crap. I did not have the issues others did with Bluetooth. Mine connects and holds over 50 feet. Channel 3 only worked wired bridged. It is not truly bridged, none of the left audio worked. Connected to the same speakers my Kenwood head unit was powering, there is no appreciable increase in volume, just added alot of distortion and somehow muddied up all bass. Yes, I wrote that correctly, this is worse than the internal amp in my head unit. When any measurable bass hits, this thing locks in protection mode, unless you drop the gain so low you get very little volume. I spent all day, wiggling in and out of the small console door to get this mounted and wired. I have drilled holes in my boat for it, and it is total garbage! Based on other reviews, they must be hit and miss. Apparently they accidentally make a decent one once in a while. This is my 3rd Pyle of crap product and all were junk and warranty support is useless. Never again Pyle!

As a marine audio installer with 15 years experience, I'm blown away by the performance of this Pyle PLMRA620BT amplifier. We've now installed 7 of these on boats and UTVs - each outperforming amps costing twice as much. Why This Earns 5 Stars: ✔ 2000W PURE POWER - The dual MOSFET supply delivers clean, distortion-free amplification even at max volume (bench tested at 1850W RMS) ✔ TRUE MARINE TOUGH - IPX6 waterproof rating is legit - survived direct hose-downs and salt spray in our torture tests ✔ SMART 6-CH FLEXIBILITY - Bridgeable channels let me run: 2x tower speakers + 1x sub 4x cabin speakers + 2x subs Any combo in between ✔ PRO-LEVEL CONTROLS - Variable high/low pass filters (50-500Hz), bass boost, and precision gain knobs for perfect tuning Real-World Performance: Pushed (4) 8" marine speakers + (1) 10" sub on a wakeboard boat - crystal clear at 80ft Powers UTV sound systems that survive Baja desert runs Bluetooth pairs instantly with <1ms lag (perfect for videos) Standout Features: ✓ Thermal/overload protection that actually works ✓ Gold-plated RCA inputs resist corrosion ✓ LED clipping indicator saves speakers ✓ Compact size fits tight spaces After 9 months of daily use across installations, we've had ZERO failures. For the price, nothing comes close to this combination of power, durability and features. Pyle nailed it with this marine amp - our shop's new go-to recommendation! Perfect For: • Center consoles/wake boats • UTVs/ATVs • Poolside installations • Anywhere water and vibration kill electronics Stop overpaying for "marine" brands - this outperforms amps we've used costing $600+. 10/10 would buy by the case! 🔊🌊

Congratulations to you Pyle for creating such a great and durable 2000 watt RMS 6 channel marine amplifier. I recently installed my amplifier, I am a car audio technician for 15 year so I have installed over 1000 systems over those fifteen years. I'm just a part time installer now only for people I know, my system consists of a pair of Infinity Kappa 93IX 6" * 9" in the boot 220watt RMS along with a boxed ported JL Audio 12" TW3-D4 W3 400watt RMS, Skar Audio VD-10 D4 10" 500watt RMS boxed ported Subwoofer. In the back door trim a set of Infinity Kappa 6.5" 200watt RMS splits, in the front door trim the same splits along with 5" * 7" JBL 130watt RMS. I have the amplifier running through a PRV 8 Channel audio Dsp, it allows me more audio control with time delay, volume alignment and 32 band equalisation and frequency control as well as distortion eliminating setting presets. I believe that the audio speakers I've used on this build is above average grade so I was very surprised to find that your amplifier which I purchased at a bargain for $80 AUD delivered from USA to me in NSW, Australia with free shipping as I am a Amazon Prime subscriber. The amplifier not only ran the whole set up but running every channel at 2 ohms stable that 2 by 400 watt RMS to channels 1,2, 3 & 4 and 900watt RMS to Channels 5 & 6. The sound clarity was amazing as well as the quality of the sound the amplifier was producing near peak power. The only draw back I came across was that running at such power output the amplifier works very hard and the circuits get really hot, to hot to touch the amplifier. However since adding a set of cooling fans one blowing the other drawing the heat out off the amps internal circuits it improves the performance as well as the longevity of the amplifier so far I have not been able to make the amplifier's protection come on even running at 95% volume from maxing out on the head unit. If you ask me is the amplifier worth it?? My answer would have to be a definite Yes! If you are planning to build something with greater output than what I've built you might want to consider the next size up which offers 8 channels with 3000watt RMS that is the PLMRA 820. Keep up the outstanding work Pyle I'm looking forward to the next generation of Marine style amplifiers you come out with next!! Yours Sincerely HOWARD LAM.

Barely lasted a year, I even got it installed by a shop to ensure it was properly installed and setup. At first, channel 6 died, and not it won’t turn on at all.

I was skeptical at first, but the sound is good and I had it for a whole summer on my boat and so far so good ! Paired it with the original JL speakers on my X2 2008. Saved 1k easy !

Not a true 6 channel amp. Only 4 channels can be used for speakers. 5&6 are for subs only. Disappointed as i wanted to wire 6x 6.5” speakers. I dont have or need a Subwoofer Its also very large in size for nothing
