Do I understand this correctly, the tag itself is white plastic and the labels are adhesive and stick to the tag?

Does this come with a plastic insert that would go over top of the label to protect it?

Do these come in a little bigger size? Instead of 1.14 inches - may be 1.5inches circle?

What is the diameter of the key ring on the white key tag?
