What can you say about a patio set for around 1K? It's hard to beat now a days. There are other options but those typically aren't made from Acadia wood which is strong outdoor wood that won't rot from weather. The design of the chairs are well thought out. Long screws around 3 in. hold the sides to the seat and back rest. These are hex screws that are brass. The table also uses the same brass hex screws and make a strong support. The wood slats are a good thickness for the chairs and table. This should last more than a generation. I would definitely recommend this set. There are of course imperfections. It's real wood that seems to be hand made so don't expect perfectly finished products. It's great outdoor furniture that is maintenance free. What more could anyone want? I would buy a oval cover for it to give extra protection from the elements. We bought one from Duck and it fit perfectly. Don't buy a rectangular cover. These don't fit rectangular sets well. The corners will droop and look pretty awful.

Have had it for a year in New England. Stored it inside for the winter. The finish started wearing last year and just now went to move the table to sweep and one of the legs just broke where it is attached to the table top. Wood is not good quality.

This table and chair set was fairly easy to put together. We used an electric drill so it was much quicker than using the included Allen wrench. There was an inch long dent on the table top which is disappointing. This morning when I went to scootch in, my thumb got pinched between the arm rest and the bottom of the table. There’s JUST enough clearance for the arms to slide under the table but watch your fingers and hands when trying to get closer to the table. It’ll getcha. I’m hoping guests never get hurt at my table!! I’d feel terrible.

Looks great. With cushions, very comfortable. Great value for the on-sale price.

Received 2 chairs that were damaged. One had a split in the wood and other chair was discolored. No damage to box, thus packing issue or quality issue.Chairs were actually easy to put together and did not take long to complete. Have not put table together yet. Wood used in making the set does not seem like the set will last long. Disappointed. Trying to get chairs replaced without returning entire set.

I wanted wood chairs for the durability but I do need to get cushions for the seats as we tend to sit for hours in them.
