HARIO"Largo" Glass Tea Dripper, 800ml

Love this little guy! Purchases about a year ago and it's held up great with daily use, no problems. Makes great tea as well as easy and fun to use. Glad we replaced an old plastic tea maker with this glass one, a creative and quality product from Hario. Highly recommend.

We use this at work to brew a large pot of tea to share. The 800 mL capacity is great for this. The Hario Tea Dripper system works well for large leaf tea that takes multiple steepings. Large leaf teas clean out well, while I find fine teas to take a bit more work. I would also recommend using the stand and glass carafe designed for this system — for functionality and stability. Brew a large pot of tea and gather together your colleagues, friends, or household members!

I was going to purchase a brewing system from a local tea company and it included this exact dripper at a much cheaper price that I found here. It works so great, I love it and make a concentrated tea from loose leaves and it's great for making individual steeped tea, too. You just have to be very careful the little metal ball doesn't come out of it's "spot" and break the glass when you're cleaning it. Tea leaves do get stuck around the bottom seal so you need to pull that loose each time and clean it which isn't hard, just putting it back together and being super careful not to break it means you have to take your time and move slowly. This is a great dripper though and I love it! It's a very simple way to brew an amazing cup of tea or jar of concentrated tea!

Perfect for steeping tea and brewing coarser grind coffee. The ease of disassembly allows for straightforward cleaning. Even with my larger hands, I can still wipe down the interior of the glass.Very useful for watching tea jumping and easily pouring tea even when hot. So much room for the tea leaves to spread out.

I should have read the description prior to purchasing, but please note this is extremely large. I would be a little worried it could tip over as well. It is beautiful though and clearly well made. I returned it new and unused for a refund.

We bought this to serve tea (we just started with a new Tea partner that offers only loose teas) as we have a complete 8 bay pour over station complete with Hario Carafes and drippers. Thought this would be a wonderful addition and so far so good. It is beautiful, well crafted and fun to use. The downside for us is that it is not easy to clean and we are considering using it WITH a loose-leaf container (bag or other) next time to make clean up easier. For a single cuppa for one person at home this would work a right trick - but not a good solution for work!

I use this multiple times a day. It works great. Most other tea steepers are plastic. I love that this one is glass. It does come apart for a thorough cleaning, but it's kind of a pain to take apart. Otherwise, good product.

Very easy to use. Can fill two big mugs of tea. This form of a bowl acts like a magnifying glass and it is very interesting to observe the process of brewing, as the leaves "dancing" inside. Basis is something like silicone rubber (?). Everithing, include basis, can be deattached for thorough cleaning. Be careful not to lose the small ball inside. Without it you can't use this device. I wish the filter was 2-3mm bigger to place aeropress paper filter under it and to try to use it for coffeee. As it is now, it suitable only for tea - the holes are too big for coffee particles.
