Will tis work on 11 gauge material?

Yes. This tool is designed to hold your hole saw in the desired position. Use a good hole saw and drill along with plenty of cutting oil.

Will this work in a bench drill press?

The Pipe/Tubing Notcher can be used with any hand-held drill or drill press.

It says it cuts up to 2" pipe but the saw kit only comes with up to 1 1/2"...do you offer a 2" saw?

We personally do not at this time; but I'm sure you could source a 2" elsewhere.

Good quality tool.

I've seen others that require so tuning or extra welding to make them strong enough. But this one was good right out of the box. You can spend a fortune for others but they won't be much better.

Don't waste your money

The thread adapter is very poor quality. It sheared after 7 cuts on 1.25 " sch 40 steel pipe. I was using a Lenox hole saw. At the 3rd cut it spun and stripped the threads out of the hole saw. This product would be fine for an at home hobbyists cutting very thin wall tubing. If you are building pipe handrail this thing will let you down fast.

Trash.

I made 1 cut and it was fine, went for the second and all the teeth started tearing off. I was only cutting some super soft, thin wall chain link fence posts... garbage.

I would not buy it again.

If you are only cutting soft metal this may work for you. However, the thread adapter is extremely weak and will break on any kind of steel.
