Q: When and how would I start noticing any difference at all? I see Nothing so far

I believe we are all different, but for me, the burning/itchiness is a clear sign that one has a deficiency. I started to notice a big difference after the first use in my hair, sore areas, and skin.

Do you test for heavy metal contamination? If so, can you post the results and how you test?
