Motion 6 Bluetooth Helmet Communication System - Dual Kit

Mine only came with 1 set of Pulse Pro speakers, 1 new permanent mount, 1 classic speaker mount kit. looks like the box has already been opened as well. So far, not cool.Let's hope they fix this for me, and I can change my review.UPDATE! They are sending me a new one to be here Friday. They were GREAT on the phone. No hesitation to take care of me. I went from 1 to 3 stars. If I receive a good product Friday, I'll change to 5 stars for sure!More to come....

These took a bit to figure out the different button functions in each mode. Once we did that they worked great. Speakers are loud and clear when talking, music sounds great. Haven’t tried to talk on a call yet though.

We bought these devices for a cross-country motorcycle trip. We wanted to be able to communicate easily back and forth while on two separate motorcycles. When we used the devices on a trial run prior to our trip, they seemed to work okay, though voice transmission was a little sketchy (difficult to hear what the other person was trying to communicate). While that was a little concerning, we DID like how easily the devices were able to hook up to our phones so that we could listen to music, and skip back and forth to different songs. The speakers were also of a better quality than our previous LEXIN devices. So we decided to keep these for our big trip.The trouble started on the first day out. While our devices would link up to each other initially, and we could communicate at first, they stopped working properly that same day. Within an hour of riding, I could hear my companion's voice, but she could not hear my replies. It was the same thing every day -- the devices seemed to work for maybe 30 minutes or so, and then just stop allowing us to communicate effectively. Then, one day, my device refused to even turn on. It had charged all night, and nothing. So I was without my device for a few days. The company replied to our query about what to do to try and fix it, and they gave us some tips. My device started working again before we even tried the company's advice. We went ahead and tried their fixes, but the operation of the devices did not improve. Then my device stopped working again a few days later (wouldn't turn on after getting a full, overnight charge). Also, my companion's microphone/speakers connecting cord terminal got bent with just normal use, and wouldn't even plug into the device anymore. We were going to be staying in one place for about a week, and the company had told us that they would send out replacements if their advice didn't correct the problems. My companion contacted them at that time about having replacement devices sent to us, but the company has yet to respond to us (it has now been a month since my companion asked for replacement devices).We are working on returning these devices. We are very unhappy with how they performed overall

My dad and I purchased these to communicate on the snowmobile trails in the UP. The sound quality was great and I loved being able to listen to my music while riding. It was great not having to stop and see how each other was doing or where to grab a beer on the trails!

I did a fair amount of research and talked with several other bike riders about bluetooth communications before purchasing this product. We were very excited with this purchase, even at $400. The product was fairly easy to install on a new Harley-Davidson modular helmet. The product comes with a quick install guide and a very brief how to use guide. It does not come with an owner's manual. While often times, you don't need an owner's manual or you can download one online, this is a very complicated piece of electronics and should have come with an owners manual. It does some REALLY cool stuff like controlling it with hand motions and not actually having to touch the buttons! The app that you download to your phone doesn't set-up easily following the included quick use guide. I could only get everything to sync and cooperate after reading the owner's manual several times. I finally got everything set-up on both helmets and both of our iPhones. Once you get it figured out, it works great in your house. The problems start when you get on your motorcycle.. The UClear app has a "support" button right on the first page of the app and they really tout their support. When you click the button, the next screen gives three options - the first one is "call support". When you click it, it prompts your phone to call UClear tech support. You NEVER can talk to anyone. You have to leave a message. They NEVER call back. When you finally figure how great their service is NOT and email them or open a service ticket, they reply in 48 business hours. The problem we experienced with a closed (modular) full face helmet was the mic cutting in and out which caused you to hear road noise, etc, when neither of us were talking and a tremendous amount of static - which was the worse of the two issues. We tried riding in different areas thinking the static could have been caused by external sources such as power lines, etc. I mean bluetooth - it was only going 24" from my wife's helmet to my helmet. How hard can that be? After making adjustments to sensitivity to the mic, as recommended by UClear, we saw very little to no improvement. The adjustment goes from 0 -100 and the default is 50. They recommended increasing the sensitivity so the mic would not cut on without being prompted by human voice. That did help some, but we could never get rid of the static. It was enough that we returned the product. We were very disappointed!

the sound of someone speaking does not seem to travel well up and down the line as advertised. often cannot hear the person 4th or more in line. mostly works pretty well

Well I come from Sena SMH5 (Low low end model) and this (Uclear) is what I would expect if I bought a 20$ headset from Ali express. Voice commands don't worl at all, it's a nightmare to pair 2 together, we don't ear the first few words from each sentences when we talk to each other. and motion control keeps activating from my jacket or the wind ... Sound is good but forget controlling it with the buttons there is too many fonctions on each button so long press will do one thing short press another etc.I will try to get them exchanged for sena's from the seller.
