Yummy and healthy- yay!
The first package I bought on a whim at my local Sprouts market. I'm a fan of guilt-free snacks.My mom and I split one of the "crackers" and neither of us was too impressed at first. Honestly, the crackers by themselves made me think of birdseed. Very nutty, fantastically crunchy, and full of seeds, with a strong sunflower seed flavor overall. It was fine, but nothing to get excited about. Then I had a thought which I put into action that made this an AMAZINGLY delicious snack and/or light breakfast! I spread the cracker with some cream cheese and topped it with a layer of cherry preserves. SO So good!!For anyone looking for a healthy, satisfying crunch (that doesn't hurt sensitive teeth) these will hit the spot!

These are great! Gluten free and fiber rich. These are just like what is served and sold in Norway!The batch I received were fresh with a Best By date of 7/2025

It is NOT BREAD! IT IS BIG CRACKERS! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Flavor great. Packaging not so much.
The crackers are good and crispy, and made from good ingredients. I like the flavor. The packaging is extremely stiff plastic that easily tears. I would like to see it in something re-closable.

Wonderful gf delights.
Fresh, delicious and highly nutritious BUT some packs were very crumbly. I fed them to our 🦚 peacock who also loves them and seemed to appreciate that they were so broken into pieces. I could use the crumbs to make a pie base if they are broken next time.

Healthy and delicious
These yummy crackers are chockful of crunchy seeds and grains, and best of all, they're gluten-free. They're fine alone, but especially good topped with cream cheese and smoked salmon.They last for a long time in the fridge, and can be revived by baking in the oven if they start to go stale.They do tend to crumble, however. The crumbs are good to top a salad or yogurt.
