A Crankenstein Valentine

This was a cute story about friendship. My students loved it! I teach 1st-4th grade.

I’m so excited to read this with my little one. I saw some people comment that the book cover makes this look like a fraudulent sale. However, it’s supposed to look like a box of chocolates from the book! See my photos for reference.

Read to first and second graders for “library time.” They thought it was hysterical.

I expected the book I received to look like the image posted in Amazon. It did not. At first I thought I had received the wrong item. I believe the story is what it should be (never read it before) but you would never know what the book is by the cover.

Got this book for Valentine’s Day to read to my child’s class. My children really enjoyed it sand couldn’t wait for their class to hear it as well.It’s cute and funny. Love the humor especially for a holiday where so many books seem to focus more on flowery words.It’s also a fun re-read and have not gotten tired of it.

We checked this book out at our local library and our daughter had us read it for her every night. She loved it so much that we purchased it for her. She now knows quite a few of the pages and the illustrations are adorable.

I loved the title and cover of this book. The quality and illustrations are wonderful, but the storyline was pretty boring. My 5-yr old lost interest about half way through.

My daughter loves monsters and loves all holidays. So this is a great book for her. And we also bought the original one and per ordered and new Halloween one.

It was very funny. Grandchildren loved it.
