This is a good read. Will help any organization improve their performance. I would recommend this book to others to read.

This textbook is wonderfully written and a good addition to the previous text by Dr. Donald Lighter. I find this text perfect for someone new to the world of health care quality. His more advanced text would be perfect to read after this book. I would like to see Dr. Lighter come out with a workbook with answers to complement his three textbooks. Dr. Lighter is one of our frontline leaders in the health care quality movement.

I received the book I ordered. I expected a book in decent shape as I have had no issues in the past. I opened this book and the entire first chapter basically fell out. Disappointing considering the books are to be checked.
