Complan Shake Starter Pack, Pack of 57 g

I was definitely pleased how well it mixed up to a nice smooth milkshake. A good idea to have unflavoured one to put in food. I actually made a coffee shake with it. Love the shaker that comes with it also. It seems to taste nice, lady I gave it to didn't object in any way. Can't find anything wrong with it to be honest!

Decent meal replacement that's leaning towards being too sweet. You get approximately 15g of protein, 15g of fat and 60g of carbs per shake. Each satchel will yield a meal that's about 28g of sugar - more than a daily recommended norm. It seems rather excessive, especially if you're recovering from a surgery and would benefit from more protein than sugar. Chocolate flavour is especially sweet, almost bitter.One of the main ingredients is Maltodextrin, so I would be vary using this if you've got insulin resistance or coeliac.The box advertises that you get to try all 5 flavours, but it's not always the case. Some boxes miss a flavour or two so you can get multiple satchels of the same one.The cup you get with this set is very easy to use, convenient and doesn't leak. Will definitely be re-using it for other shakes in the future.

Worth it for the shaker alone. Good to have a selection of flavours to start with too. Bought for my mum who's appetite is not so good. She loves the flavours and at least I know she is having something nutritious to keep her strength up.

Nice shaker cup with 5 sachets

I ordered this for my Mom is recovering and hasn’t had appetite for food. She loved it and the cup especially. I totally recommend. I love that it had various flavours to try for a starter
