Everything I'd hoped for, and I'm excited for more
I won't spoil anything by going into detail, but I think those fans still worried that this series was going to omit certain things from the game or relegate them to subtext and leave them open to interpretation are going to be very happy with how the final issue of this arc plays out.Emma Vieceli very clearly has a good feel for what made the game and these characters work and why its fans are so invested in them. Max and Chloe feel like themselves, and the story has that Life Is Strange feel to it that would be recognizable even if it had been about totally new characters.I'm ecstatic the series is continuing, because I could read it forever. I'm really excited to see where things go from here, but also terrified because they'll be able to smash my heart into tiny pieces if they choose to

Put aside your doubts and enjoy more Arcadia Bay!
Love it. The art is hauntingly beautiful. I was entranced by the story. I may have gotten something in my eye at some point because the pages got a little blurry. More Max, Chloe and Rachel is always a good thing.

Holy crap!
I thought this was going to be the final issue and I about flipped due to the ending. I want Chloe and Max together! Also how is it even possible that that timeline even exists with Rachel!?? Ahhh so good though!!!

"Life is Strange" Issue #4- An emotional epilogue that promises bigger things to come...
At the risk of venturing into minor spoilers, one thought was floating across my mind as I read the final pages of writer Emma Vieceli's "Life is Strange" issue #4... And that thought? "Well, dang... that was beautiful and yet also a bit confusing... and I can't believe I have to wait three months to see what happens next!"Yes, it should come as no surprise that the four-issue arc created by Vieceli and based upon Dontnod's iconic video-game masterpiece "Life is Strange" leaves you not only with a definite sense of resolution, but also plenty of new questions and concerns. After all, it was just announced that the comic would continue with new issues starting this May, and pick up right where this one-shot left off. And more importantly, this is "Life is Strange"… where nothing is quite what it seems at first. After the startling revelations of the previous chapter, issue #4 is a much more somber entry that's all emotion. Max and Chloe contend with the notion that Max isn't just experiencing different possible timelines, but something else entirely, and the two are faced with the fallout of their choices. And it all leads to an astounding and heartrending climax that both left me fulfilled, and also scratching my head, eager to see what happens next. This limited series has really kept me on the edge of my seat. It’s been unpredictable- filled to burst with twists and turns I didn’t see coming, and that have enriched the story and new and exciting ways. And yet, Vieceli has always kept it grounded and true to the source material. The characters feel like they’ve leapt right from the game into the pages of the comic, to the point you can hear the original voice actors Hannah Telle and Ashly Burch’s voices in your head delivering the dialogue. Combined with the excellent artwork, and it’s just been a joy to see the story continue.Where this issue loses a point from me is the fact that it can feel a bit meandering- not too much actually happens, and so it feels a bit drawn out just to make it the length of a full issue, when it could have easily been condensed down. And especially as the sort-of epilogue to this four-issue arc, some of the subplots feel a bit too open and unresolved. It didn’t ruin it by any means, but it did lessen the impact.Still, for what it is, Vieceli has delivered a good, solid conclusion that has left me wanting more. And I can’t wait to see where she takes the series next. I’m giving issue #4 a very good, but not quite perfect, 4 out of 5. Issue #5 can't come soon enough!

It’s not what i thought it was
Okay; so i give this a 3 stars because the story is awesome, but the product itself isn’t what i thought it was going to be. i was under the assumption it was part 4 to the Life is Strange comic series; when i opened it i had realized it was chapter 4 to the first part of Life is Strange ‘dust’ so that was disappointing since i already have Dust. It’s an amazing series, just wish i opened this sooner so i would’ve known & been able to get a refund since i essentially already have this product

A must-read for any Life is Strange fan
The comic series is perfect for any fan wanting to continue the story after where the game ends. The story is not really canon whereby the comic subscribes to the notion of multiple universes so the story is of one possibility. Dontnod may or may not go in a different direction if they choose to make a true sequel to the first game.

Disappointing
A waste of good plot to go all the way through the fanservice route, ignoring all that happens in the game. Very disappointing ending.
