Can one just eat this product? Does it taste of peaches?

No, it's not meant to eat just like this in raw form. One needs to soak a handful overnight until softens and then brew in either savory soup mix or sweet soup mix

Does this come with instructions, or recipes? It would be great if it had a recipe that included items readily available in the U.S.

No instruction but it’s easy to look for one online since there are many ways to cook it.

Does this taste like peaches? And can you eat it out of the bag? Or does it have to be soaked first?

Need to clean... a lot

Product arrived in good time. These were not easy to clean. I first soaked a half a cup in small bowl. Cleaned it, soaked them in bigger bowl with more water. They blossomed into a huge bowl, but I had to cleas n some more in more detail. It took me an hour ... These are not as high quality as they advertised.

Loved my peach gum

It did had bark but that is expected since it is coming from a tree. Made my peach gum with apple and cinnamon. Delish!! Great texture, even without flavor after cleaning it still tasted good.I will buy it again.

Good quality peach gum

I couldn't really compare the quality of this item with others as I have only purchased this seller and have been pleased with the delivery and the quality every time. In general, you have to soak the peach gum for a long time and then wash it carefully to remove all the debris before cooking. Peach gum doesn't have any flavor but is known for the collagen in it. The texture is good and it goes really well with snow lotus seeds and Tragacanth.

Easy to clean peach gum

The peach gum was like on packaging image. I soaked it for 24 hours and it was very clean. Not much cleaning needed after. It expanded x3 the size! I made a large batch and froze. Whenever I had boba I added the peach gum - it defrost in the tea and was really delicious.
