HOT.. did i say HOT. It is hot. You have to breath threw your mouth and not your nose. Hotter then wasabi. It is very good on a burger.

Wow!. This stuff is the read deal. After years of buying jars of premade Chinese mustard I had given up on getting that POP from mustard like you get at the restaraunt. My local Chinese restaraunt owner told me this is what they use and boy is it hot. I mixed some up as directed on the label (2 tsp mustard 3 tsp water). I let it sit about 10 minutes and tried it. Perfect in every way. Has heat like fresh made horseradish and the same restaraunt taste I wanted. I wish I had found this sooner.

Have you ever looked for that super hot mustard they serve with the pork slices at an old-school Chinese restaurant? Well, you won't find it in a bottle at the store but you will in powder form on Amazon. Mix with a little bit of water and this stuff opens your sinuses like Atomic horseradish does. Good stuff especially on beef and pork.

I love how long this container lasts; you only need a little bit to make mustard sauce. The flavor is good and intense.

This is the stuff right here. I have tried some other items that were essentially yellow mustard with spice in it that was terrible. This is the real stuff, easy to mix up and makes the roof of your mouth dance.

I've been looking everywhere for Hot Mustard and tried several. This is by far the best and is so close to what you get from Restaurants. It's a powder just add some water , mix and serve.

I grew-up on Long Island, N.Y. USA, and the food was always fantastic. The Chinese restaurants served mustard that had a "bite", and the delicatessens served horseradish with a similar "kick". An overindulgent dip in the mustard would cause symptoms we labeled "Head-Splitter". When I moved to California, it took long, long time to find a restaurant that served great Chinese mustard (or good pizza or good bagels...). This mustard has what I crave. It is truly capable of producing a “Head Splitter”, and I’m glad I ordered the three-pack. No more need to bribe my local Chinese restaurant for extra containers of mustard to be used at home in everything from rice to scrambled eggs - I bet this is the stuff they use. I love this product! Mix with cold/cool water, let it set a minute or two, and ka-pow!!! Without water, it is not activated, so don't expect much if you only sprinkle some powder on your sandwich or egg roll. Mix it up, and let it stand for a few minutes. Great chemistry!
