Great prouct!
Great prouct! Arrived well packaged and of good quality. I am an advid baker. I highly recommend this product for your delicate bakes, it is wonderful. What makes this product so great is that after sifting, it becomes as light as a feather. My product was moist, of good texture and baked with a little less time in my oven.

Works great for bread, flour
Best bread flour you can buy it. It’s hard to find unbleached so I ordered it on Amazon.

Low protein level makes a tender, light biscuit.
The protein level of White Lily is very low and hence makes the lightest, most tender biscuits I have ever made. The only thing with self-rising flour is that sometimes, the baking soda and baking powder clump together and you get a chemical taste. But this has happened only once so far. I actually prefer to measure those two ingredients out myself to avoid this, but White Lily unbleached flour only exist as self-rising. At far as price, it's outrageous.

Serial flour monogamist !!! These white lily flours are the ONLY flours I use... They are the only flours fit to feed my family... We all agree wether its biscuits, dumplins, piecrusts, sour dough , cookies or cakes... WHITE LILY MAKES THE BAKE!

A baker's choice when it comes to FLOUR!
AFRTER 60 years of cooking I will never buy ANY OTHER flour than White Lilly; it rises better, taste better, envelopes everything you could hope for in baking. It is worth every extra penny it might cost me!

Lightest protein content flour I have found yet.
Of course, it depends on what you want your biscuits to do. I don't want to make sandwiches with them, or expect them to soak up a cup of gravy. These are light, fluffy, slightly crispy on the exterior... in short: PERFECT. Follow the directions on the bag. I use my bare hands, and spread my fingers out as I knead the dough ball for the lightest touch.
