Marvel Universe Series 5 Alpha Flight Action Figure #27 Aurora 3.75 Inches

Nice figure! In particular they did a good job on her face and hair. Item and package were in perfect condition. What more could you ask for?

I really wanted to like this figure, but I simply hate the body sculpt used for it. The waist is far too thin, the upper thigh swivels are entirely unnecessary and visually unappealing besides, and the arms are so thin that I feel posing Aurora's arms are liable to break them in short order. That said, the paint apps are nice and the modern standard articulation is appreciated. I'd really like to see a more "realistic" female body mold used and the thigh swivel tossed by the wayside, but that's not going to happen any time soon, I'm sure. For $12, it makes sense to pick this one up, though I'd consider anything more than that a waste of money for what you're getting here.

another Alpha Flight member. will we ever be able to complete the series for Alpha Flight, missing Sasquatch (cancelled) medicine man? northstar?
