I soak them in hot water for several hours to allow them to swell up and become tender. When ready to eat I can store them in the fridge for several weeks. It takes only a few min to warm them up. I use them mostly in soup. Delicious!

I was making a recipe from the Star Wars Black Spire cookbook and couldn't find it after hitting up three different stores. I could have gone to Ranch 99, but it was a bit out of my way, and I was tired of looking for it. The noodles went well with the dish and absorbed the flavor of the sauce. I was happy at the end of the day and that is what matters.

Best organic Noodles (bun). Taste so good and feel so good after eating. I have light gluten allergy so not every noodle can make me feel good but this is a new favorite product. The package is cute and well made to keep the product in whole while transporting and storing. I used for soup and even for spring rolls. Taste so good by itself or with a little bit if soya sauce

Good product. I would recommend breaking up the noodles, brown slightly with ghee and then use with an organic tomato sauce or organic basil pasta to cook it. I found boiling a a jes the noodles very Gooey.

Finally, a pasta that tastes good with spaghetti. I don’t feel deprived anymore. Best gluten free pasta I’ve had!

Perfect in taste and texture and easy to prepare.
