The Gateway Experience by The Monroe Institute (Nightingale Conant 25400PCD)

Robert Monroe has done revolutionary & pioneering work with the Gateway Experience. Even more relevant today than when he first started doing this work in the 1970's. While the whole CD set is not cheap, it is fabulous! More than worth the investment-which would be VERY hard to achieve outside of actually going to the Monroe Institute, or sitting with a Guru for years. I have been working with my Inner Life for decades and these CD's are equal to some experiences I have had sitting with a high level Lama, a Swami and an Adept; beyond and outside of any satsang/ashram or spiritual group. With the CD's you don't have to clear the lower level thoughtforms from the 'community'. The CD's enable you, through the extensive way that Robert has constructed the script, to work with your own Guides, Spiritual Teachers, Angels or Ancestors from whatever realms you chose to focus on-and safely! From form to formless and the many levels thereof. I wish I had gotten these decades ago. They do take time and I do take notes, so I know what progress I am making. But I do that anyway in my Dream Journals. So I use the CD's with my meditation time as well as before sleep. The consistency of the exercises on the CD's help you build up a positive spiritual method for managing the OOBE's in your own way. I am grateful to have finally said 'yes' to let my self spend the money for what in the end, is priceless. These CD's are an excellent guide to help you to take the 'Time' for getting better at these skills.

A great introduction to working with the meditative state and practicing understanding the mind and body connection. there are 6 35min exercises/meditations in each level so 36 long exercises this course needs you to be prepared to spend some time on it. I have completed the first 3 levels but you'll probably find yourself going back to some of them. It might seem expensive but it is half the price of getting it from the US and much cheaper than going to the Monroe institute for a week or two. For the level of instruction it is good value for money if you are really interested in meditation and mind body work.
