Works really well, I had Bariatric surgery years ago and also am on wegovy. I had noticed my energy levels were slumping and my pcp recommended I add this to my supplement regimen which is pretty strict as it is. I take b12 this multi probiotic etc. well let me tell you this bottle is economical extremely well worth it. I can tolerate it with or without food. Plus 110 tablets that’s like 4 months worth

This is a quality product however, it has calcium in it. This can be problematic for people who avoid supplementing with calcium who are prone to atherosclerosis or calcification in arteries. Although it is clearly on the label, it seems unnecessary for a product also labeled as support for "energy and circulatory."

I have received no remuneration of any type or kind for this review.This form of Niacinamide is good for me and my sleep, timed release. It does a great job helping me sleep. I found a webpage of a guy that experimented with things to help with sleep. And this particular brand is what he recommended, along with Natrol Melatonin 1 mg Time Release because it has B6 in pyridoxine hydrochloride. This combination works well with valerian root for me. I cannot remember the web page unfortunately. But these two things are timed release so they do help all night long.

I suffered from migraines and ever since I been taken this supplement I've had the worst migraines they almost feel like high pressure headaches. I checked the ingredient label for sodium but it may be the magnesium in not sure. Nonetheless I really wanted include this in my daily routine but I have stop taking the supplement. I can't deal with the excruciating headaches.

Works with Lovastatin to get into your system better, Use at night before bed, it can cause HOT flashes, if you're sleepingthey won't seem to bad, and you get used to them after a bit.
