Does this disassemble? Can you remove the racks?

It does disassemble. So basically it’s the bottom piece and each row and side you put in the individual metal pole. The long piece with hooks are placed into the metal poles on each side. The hooks themselves are not removable.

I need to know how much space there is between each row. What is the size of the earring card hanging in the picture?

The hooks in each row are spaced 2.2 inches apart, the earring card hanging in the picture measures 2"x3.3"
