One of the best options for a TV in your bedroom, with good sound and clear picture.
The Hisense A4 2025 is a great option for those looking for a budget-friendly yet functional smart TV. Thanks to the Full HD (1920x1080) resolution, the image looks crisp and vivid, especially when watching movies or TV shows. LED-backlight technology provides good contrast and rich colors, which makes the picture pleasing to the eye, although 4K connoisseurs may lack detail.Sound is supported by DTS Virtual:X and Dolby Audio technologies, which provides clear and surround sound. For a 40-inch TV, the speaker power (approximately 7-10 watts each) is sufficient for an average room, but a soundbar may be required for a cinematic effect. The Fire TV operating system is fast, with an intuitive interface. Access to Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, and Chromecast is built-in, making streaming easy. Voice control via Google Assistant or Alexa is a handy feature, especially when the remote is lost. The TV's design is modern, with slim bezels that add elegance and maximize screen space. Lightweight and compact (35.2 x 22 x 7.2 inches with stand), it's ideal for smaller spaces like bedrooms or guest rooms.

Excellent quality and price!!!
Very practical and lightweight, excellent value for money. Good picture and sound. Easy to set up and easy-to-use remote control. This isn't my first TV; I already have two, and they're excellent.

Great value and quality
This is my third Hisense and I continue to be impressed with quality at its price point. Decent sound, excellent picture quality with pretty dark blacks. Seamless connection to Alexa and easy setup. I can’t find anything about it that is worse than Samsung and the price knocks it our of the park

A good TV
I read the many negative reviews on this Smart TV but bought it anyway as I have a 65 inch Hisense which works great. First off, all of the main apps are available: Disney, Hulu, ESPN, Max, MGM, Peacock and Prime. They were easy to load and log into. I am running off WiFi and was a bit disappointed at no LAN input. I am well away from a major city and also hooked up my outdoor antenna. That worked just fine and I have more over the air channels than ever. The picture and the sound are good. The remote is standard for a Fire TV and audio commands are effective. I am used to the Fire TV aspect of this and find it easy to navigate. The on sale price for the TV ($140) is quite a deal for a 40 inch set.All in all I am pleased. It doesn’t have all of the bells and whistles of my 65 inch Hisense, but that’s not what this set is about. It is fine for a small room and a great value for the money.

Fantastic for the Price
Low price, but an amazing picture. Needed a 40" TV to fit in a small space. This one is perfect. So easy to set up - WIFI, live antenna, connection to Amazon account, etc., Light weight. Might not last long, but in a few years, I'll be ready to upgrade anyway. Besides, at this price it's hard to complain if it doesn't last for years. This is my initial assessment. So far, it's great.

Perfect!
Wow. I went from an amazon 43 firetv to this hisense 40 firetv. I bought it because of the reviews and the picture looked so clear. Then i read it had some kind of depth perception. The price was good. The bevel is so not existing. Then the reviews said good sound too. It does have all! I am so happy with the 40! I dont even notice it is not 43! Its fast and i cant stop looking at the picture. I was gonna do a 4k tv but didnt and feel like thats bs for certain sizes and other factors like construction and material like screen material. My amazon fire was just so foggy this is like i just put on astigmatism lenses and can see now. I just loved seeing the picture in the reviews and went with my gut! Its very nice! The colors are great too. Very happy. Lets see how long it lasts. My amazon fire lasted 3 years.

Perfect for our needs
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Can’t beat the price! I needed to replace an older tv that did not have the capability to connect phone using and HDMI to phone adapter. Our ills tv works fine when connected to the internet but out data for other uses. I don’t want to spend too much on a replacement tv for our off grid cabin so this was a great choice. Works perfect and we are using it right now with a cheap antenna. Picture is clear! I would recommend this tv for anyone looking to go budget friendly and still have the update capabilities

TV is great but some apps are unavailable for it.
While the picture is crisp, the sound is better than expected and all around great Smart TV. This Fire TV will NOT, I repeat, will NOT sync with your Echo Dots. That was a disappointment. Before you say anything, I did call for support to no avail. Also, it will NOT allow you to add the Luna app. It does, at first, but when you ask you to update it, it disappears. I, had to call Amazon support which turned out to be Ask-Crew service that initially told me it would be a refundable $1.00, it wasn't and then it turned into a subscription of $38.00 a month. Long story short, support was helpful in getting the Xbox app in a roundabout way but as I said Luna, not so much. Both were listed as unavailable on my Fire TV. Aside from that, all else is fine.
