If you want it to look good, can take a bit of work. Otherwise the only thing that was hard about the model is getting the rubber tracks on. Would suggest to just take your time with the small pieces since there will be flash on a few of them.

Are the tracks one-piece rubber band-style or plastic links?

It is Like a broken rubber band you wrap it around and glue it together. We found that getting a match and slightly heating the plastic and melting it together got it to stay better then the glue.
