So Comfortable – I’m Sleeping Better!I absolutely love the DONAMA pillow! It’s supportive, soft, and perfectly contours to my neck and shoulders. I’ve tried a lot of pillows over the years, but this one really stands out. I wake up with less stiffness and feel more rested. The quality is amazing!

I’ve tried a few ergonomic pillows in the past, but this one stands out for both its design and comfort. The unique butterfly shape provides great neck and shoulder support, especially for side and back sleepers like me. The central dip helps cradle your head in place, which prevents stiffness in the morning.The material is soft yet supportive — you can feel the memory foam adjust to your pressure but bounce back well. The airflow grooves underneath also help with keeping it cool throughout the night. The comfortable feeling is real! The soft touch is a bonus.The only reason I give 4 stars is.... that I wish it was a bit higher/taller.My husband has broad shoulder and he likes to sleep on his side.The pillow, despite its comfortable feeling, is a bit low for side sleeper who has wide shoulders.The head feels like it floats in the air and there is a gap between the head and the pillow.When you sleep on your back, it's very comfortable and good.

This pillow gives great support and really helps reduce my neck pain in the morning. I like that it has two height options, so I can switch depending on how I sleep. The memory foam feels soft but still holds its shape well. Not hot in the summer as well. The cover is easy to remove and clean, which is a big plus. Overall, it’s been a great upgrade to my sleep and a great value for the money.

I was super skeptical about getting this. I've had many a special pillow due to a neck injury 20 years ago but nothing really held up long term. I am loving this pillow!! My neck doesn't hurt and lower body feels better and in alignment again. It's thick but not bulky and truly fits the neck/shoulder space perfectly. As a side sleeper, I don't have to overextend my shoulder under the pillow to make space for my arm now. Material is soft and cool all night. It seems hard when you first lay on it but as soon as you get into sleep position, you fall right asleep in total comfort. Your body just relaxes and what you thought was hard is actually the support you need to align your neck, spine and hips the entire night.After sleeping on this pillow for several nights, we traveled and stayed in a hotel overnight and boy, I missed this pillow. Could not sleep comfortably and was tired, sore and cranky all the next day. Came home and had a great night's sleep again. It's small and light enough that i will travel with this from now on!!

Absolutely amazing. I have C3 to T1 herniation and bone spurs that I recently caused further damage to. I never thought I would say a pillow, of all things, would change my life. My daughter has this same pillow and encouraged me to try it. I was experiencing a lot of pain down through my left shoulder, shoulder blade and arm. My left pinky finger is often numb. From the first night of sleeping on this pillow it made a big difference. My pain is not entirely gone, but has lessened extremely. I am beginning to get feeling back into my left fingers. I would recommend this pillow to anyone looking to lessen pain and realign their neck for better sleep. I have been a side sleeper for most of my life. As far as coolness, it does keep my head a little cooler than a traditional pillow. I recommend this to anyone experiencing similar issues, but more to those who don’t have issues yet to better align their neck and back for better sleep.

I love my pillow. I've been using it for a few months and it is really helpful for someone with a tear in their shoulder. It took me a little time to get used to it but it does what it needs to do in supporting me comfortably. I do use a regular pillow underneath so I am not laying flat after some healing time. I recommend this for anyone that has difficulty sleeping with pain. I didn't give it 5 stars because after several hours of laying on it, I find I'm sweating. But I say give it a try.
