Purchased the 36" and extremely happy with the decision. I did a lot of research online and YouTube and wanted to buy the best smokeless pit ring I could find. All the extra wholes for air and the quality made it a great choice for our cabin firepit. Highly recommended - spend the extra $$ on a quality product never fails.

I received what I ordered. I encountered none of the issues stated in other reviews. Was packaged well protected. I do wish the screws were star, square, hex head or Allen head instead of Philips. Have not had a fire in it yet but installed per directions.

Really nice. Exactly as described. Easy to assemble and install. Haven't used enough yet to comment on the "smokeless" functionality, but I'm sure it will be reasonably functional based on it's design and previous experience with Solo stoves and small home-made secondary combustion stoves.Update: I had filled it with some leaves and ivy and general detritus from around the yard - some dry, some green...after a couple of weeks I lit it and it burned almost entirely, leaving little ash. The combustion air coming in from the bottom kept the fire going (smoldering, actually) enough to completely burn stuff. I'm impressed!!

I'm going to be as fair as I can on this review.This is priced way too high for what it is. I really expected it to be more durable, time will tell...Flange wasn't flat, didn't quite match up to the neighboring flanges. I know this is being a little picky but for the price I shouldn't have to bend it myself.There was bare metal showing on the edges. I know this is just a firepit ring, but this will cause it to rust a bit more quickly.It was very easy to assemble.I bought this based on reviews and didn't mind spending the money, but realistically I don't think it's worth $180. Unfortunately there are not many options, so I will keep it. I figure I will cringe every time I build a fire wishing I had bought a different one at half the price. I was really hopeful. Again, perhaps time will tell.

Heavy gauge steel well coated to reduce corrosion. A bit more expensive than other options but includes necessary holes to provide proper air flow for burning with minimal smoke.

Other reviews said this was easy to assemble, but that was not at all my experience. This was terrible quality. We received 5 bolts, no nuts, and the instructions were for the round fire pit, not the square one we ordered. None of the pre-drilled holes lined up for assembly. You can't even get replacement directions from the website: the company appears to be wholly owned by Amazon (?) and the website simply goes to a page embedded in the Amazon site. It was useless. We returned this item immediately.
