I find the herbal bp formula very helpful when u feel my bp is elevated. It relaxes me and keeps my bp down so u don't have to worry.

Time will tell , but so far good. Fresh and shipping was fast.

Beware: I wish I had read the negative reviews for this supplement before purchasing it. It raised my blood pressure to 190/95, and I had to go to urgent care. My blood work and EKG results were normal, but I was sent home with lisinopril. Later that night, I ended up in the ER with a blood pressure reading of 211/100. Never in my life have I experienced blood pressure that high. Additionally, the supplement caused stomach upset, diarrhea and rapid heart. I've learned my lesson: never buy a supplement from Amazon without reading the bad reviews first. it needs to be taken off of Amazon. I could of had a heart attack or stroke. Scary and cost me a lot of money for the ER and Urgent Care trips.
