Misleading Lifetime Warranty – Poor Customer Service
Don’t be fooled by the “lifetime warranty” claim. I purchased this product just a few months ago, and it already cracked. When I reached out to the company for support, they gave me a vague response and completely ignored my follow-up emails when I tried to actually claim the warranty. Very disappointed in both the product quality and the lack of customer service. Would not recommend.
