Does the job
Good if you have congestion. Not so effective if, as me, you have swollen nasal passages. Can be used with steroid sprays.

It works!
I’ve suffered with sinus problems all my life and I’ve seen consultations that recommend squirting salt water up your nose using a syringe...amongst other things. I’m not a great fan of syringing but I’m also not a fan of sinusitis so I did as I was told...and hated it! My GP mentioned Sterimar to me as an alternative to the dreaded syringe. I decided to give it a go after a particularly awful cold. What an amazing difference. For starters this has no actual medical decongestant in it. It’s natural salt water plus copper and magnesium...again found in sea water. Certainly a lot less harmful to your mucus membranes than taking an actual decongestant. The can is pressurised and has a cap that’s exceptionally well designed. You place it inside your nose and give it a couple of squirts up each side and sniff....not too hard or you could end up swallowing the salt water. Then wait a short time and blow your nose. It washes out the areas it’s reached as well as cleansing them. You can feel it clearing and in my case my ears unblock as well. You can use this up to six times a day. I found three times to be all i needed. This is a far more comfortable way to deliver salt water to your nose to clear your sinuses. I don’t end up swallowing half as much and it really helps. I didn’t develop full blown sinusitis and I didn’t need to take a decongestant. I think I’m going to order the daily cleanse one next and use it every day to see if I get continued relief. I know it’s more expensive than making up your own saline solution and using a syringe but my goodness it’s worth it. It’s easier, more convenient, less yucky and it works so to me it’s worth every penny. I’d definitely recommend this to all fellow sinus sufferers.

It helps but fiddly to use
I have used this product before and it does help. It is not a decongestant, but it does make clearing your nose easier. However I do have problems actually using it. I find the odd shaped nozzle really awkward, and quite often the spray ends up on my cheeks instead of up my nose. I don’t know why or how this happens, but I’ve never been sure whether you activate the spray by just pressing down which isn’t easy given the irregular shaped nozzle, or you press the nozzle on one side which then alters the angle of the top and that means it squirts other than where you intended it to.I would say that for long term use the saline powder sachets together with an applicator would be more economical and effective.

Brilliant cure against nasal drip syndrome
I had a persistent cough and blocked nose since spring and all (hot) summer long which kept me (and my husband) up at night. Doctors couldn't find anything wrong with my chest or anything else at all. First I thought it was a leftover of a cold and during summer I assumed it may be hay-fever. But it just didn't stop. No allergy medication and no cough syrup helped no matter what I tried and I'm not a smoker either. So I googled persistent cough reasons and found the symptoms of nasal drop syndrome applied to me a lot which is caused by a kind of sinus infection which blocks your nose and make you cough to get rid of blockage. It's especially worse at night. I looked for medication for relief and found this spray. I want to mention again that I had the persistent cough for at least 6 months and doctors couldn't be bothered to check for anything else. After only a couple of days of using this spray 3 times a day all my symptoms are disappeared! No blocked nose or cough anymore at all! As this spray is a natural remedy and not a drug I still use it once a day to clear my nose as a precaution. I couldn't be more pleased. Quickly dispatched and delivered too. Well worth every penny for me.
