what are the ingredients

It has got lots of ingredients but there is written organic aloe barbadensis leaf juice (99.9 % bio active aloe vera inner gel)...

i used the Dr Mercola SP 30 and found it too thick and it didn't rub in well at all - is this one anything like that i wonder?

Hello, I have never heard of Dr Mercola 30. But I do like the Green People SPF15 because it is the only sun cream/lotion that does NOT cause heatrash. It is a bit thick because it is a cream but it goes a long way if you persevere. Hope this helps.

Hard to say, it would depend on your circumstances but I use one large bottle in a fortnight's beach holiday. It is a brilliant product, the only sun tan lotion I can wear and not get an allergic reaction. Smells great too.
