Does it Repels ticks?

This product does not claim to repel ticks. According to the CDC and EPA only a few chemicals actually repel ticks. Permethrin, Picaridin, etc. It is great for flying biting insects - especially mosquitoes. I wouldn’t rely on this to be your tick repellent.

Do you have to wash it off after applying it ?

I’m not sure I understand your question. If you mean after being outdoors - we wash it off. Of course, after being outdoors most of the day - it’s bath time for the kids. If you mean absolutely necessary - I don’t see any warning about leaving it on.

Yes, children’s OFF is advertised to be deer free :)
