For light accidents these are overkill. I have a somewhat weak bladder at a young age but came to the conclusion I should let it do its thing instead of trying to control it at night specificly which is why I like to review products like this.So to the review, they are actually pretty comfortable, they have a pretty above average guard around the legs to prevent leaks which is where most brands fail tremendously. They are way above average when it comes to absorbing. To put it to perspective if for some reason I don't have an accident at night then I can't make it to the bathroom when I wake up and end up emptying my bladder pretty quick. And they hold up well for a pull up style.Capacity is realisticly 3-4 cups.

These are great incontinence underwear. I have ordered these directly from Because previously, but I find their marketing practices to be deceptive. Twice now, they have taken an order from me and automatically made it a standing order (subscription). So, I thought I'd try ordering from Amazon to avoid that hassle. They're also a bit cheaper from Amazon.BUT...These may be 'seconds' in manufacturing. As I said, I have purchased these directly from Because Market. These that I received from Amazon have an uncomfortable spot towards the rear of the absorbent pad. It's like there is extra glue in there that is harder and less flexible. And that spot seems to be exactly where my bottom contacts the chairs I sit on, so it is constantly an irritation. I try flexing and bending in that area before I put them on to break up the solidity, and maybe that helps a little. I would give them 5 stars if not for that uncomfortable fact. In spite of this manufacturing defect, they still absorb very, very well. I've done a lot of research, and the ability to hold up to 6 cups is unique in the industry. So, I have mixed feelings about another purchase.

They do hold about 6 cups. Normally I need to wear one or two pads with my pull up ( for lack of a better word) but last night I wore just the brief alone. This morning it was wet as usual but my bed was dry. I love the fact it has a side piece or ridge that does not let me urinate down my leg as others do. I wear these all day long not just at bedtime. I am so happy, they also do not irritate my pubic area as ones that claim not to. So on that point my only concern is how thin the garment is around the body. I have to be extremely careful with pulling them up as they seem to tear very easily.
