The rotisserie is a fantastic way to cook on your Weber. I also got the skewer set to use with this at the same time. I also let some lemons drip all over corn-on-the-cob the whole time as well. Holy smokes it was good! It's not cheap but I will say it is built extremely well and handled all of my food without any trouble. It's definitely Weber quality that you see immediately. Highly recommend.

I've used this thing on a half dozen cooks now and I love it. Rotisserie cooking is where it's at. The device it'self works pretty well. The only downside I see to this is that there is no counter balance so the food really needs to be on the spit pretty centered for it to turn the most even. There is a weight you stick on the end to balance the whole spit but you can't offset it anyway to balance an uneven load.Even without the counterweight this thing works great, as advertised. I have workin on my Weber Genesis II E-410. One note, you need to remove your cooking grates in order to get enough clearance for most foods to work properly. Set a pan / tinfoil dish under the food to catch drippings.

Easy setup - two screws and your done. Quality materials. Used on a Weber Genesis II , 6 burners.I used it for a chicken last night. The results were great. The 6 pound chicken was moist after 2 hours and full of flavor. The skin was tasty brown.One complaint is the bar (spear) was not quite high enough. I had raise the spear by placing wood blocks on each side. That raised it maybe 1/2 inch but if this was not done the chicken would not have cleared the tray placed under it. I'll make a simple 'raisers' out of metal. Otherwise - all good and I'd recommend it.

The rotisserie is solid and performs well. I also use a stainless steel smoker box with Applewood chips while spinning.I have cooked two racks of ribs on the spit at the same time...with excellent results.I have also cooked two 6 lb chickens on the spit at the same time...again with excellent results.You need to remove the grill grates and place a low-profile drip pan over the flavor bars... to enable the meat to spin freely. The Genesis Weber E-410 gas grill does not provide a lot of clearance for the meat to spin...but it works fine for my purposes....however a very large turkey might present some spinning clearance issues

It fits the grill perfect and is easy to use. I have now cooked chickens and ribs using it. I did 2 chickens and 2 slabs of ribs. You can probable do 4 chickens if you had to. The rotation speed was perfect allowing even browning. By removing the grill grates and using a "large" aluminum drip pan, no cleaning is required after your cook. Highly recommend adding this to your grill and enhancing it's capabilities.

This is my second rotisserie. The motor is nice and compact and ez to assemble on my grill. couldn’t be easier. When I want to use it I just drop in the motor plug it in and I’m good to go. It’s a little difficult to clean but I’m not sure anything can change that. I definitely recommend. Make two chickens at once, nice cut of meat low and slow etc. I want to get a fish basket and try that next. If you’re into grilling definitely get this.

This specific product does not work with the Weber Starwood 600 xl even though the website says it does…. I’m pretty sure it’s a great item.. but I’m so disappointed that it didn’t fit my grill…. I literally waited all day this to come in to find out it’s doesn’t fit.. sigh..
