I bought this product back in 2018. I've now had it for 7 years. It is used so frequently because of multiple injuries and surgeries. I am able to attach it so that it covers my rotator cuff. I can wrap it around my knee. I can use it as an ankle wrap as I'm prone to sprains. This has been my go-to favorite pack of any that I've used. I recommend it to everyone. The casing is washable. This has been an incredible and useful purchase.

Easy to use. Lightweight. Thin gel packs are comfortable to lay or sit against (no giant bump). Velcro is very wide and meshes well. Elastic is firm. The cold/cool lasts about 20 minutes, which is perfect for me since my doc wanted to me use that interval anyway. I wore this around my low back and hip area and sometimes when I was walking around. I did not use it for heat.

Good quality, instructions recommend a 600w microwave to heat.. which is pretty small. Then tells you that if you overheat it could explode. We have a 1200w microwave, so not entirely sure on how much time to heat if we do. Kind of afraid to try to half the time, probably will do 15 seconds at a time until a suitable temperature. Haven't frozen yet, but put in a 40 degree fridge and used. Kept cold on my hand for about 30 minutes without using a towel or the included pocket with straps. I can see the fabric where the velcro attaches getting ripped up if used a lot. It is velcro on fabric, not velcro on velcro.

The previous ice pack didn’t have a pouch with an attached Velcro strap, so although it was reliable and worked well, it didn’t stay in place. This product is a home run and you get two gel packs. I might buy another and store it away.

Great for shoulder pain! Love that it comes with two gel packs and an extender for the band. It mostly stays in place; the pouch fabric is really thin and slippery though. The gel packs are really stiff right out of the freezer, but get easier to mold around your body after some time.

So far so good. The ice pack keeps cold for a long time. It fits nicely in the provided belt which is very handy for keeping the pack on my lower back.

These are currently helping me move furniture in a heatwave over 100 degrees. My only (minor) complaint is they aren't as malleable around the arms & legs of a petite woman until they're about to lose their ice capacity within a couple hours. But the Velcro wrap is great. It manages to let you feel the freezing cold without the cold being painful. And the strap is secure, even around my waist while bending & lifting.
