A solid iterative improvement over the last generation
I owned several of the previous iteration of these, and after more than a decade finally replaced them. This newer design is a nice improvement, with a bigger channel and a nice angled side that makes it easier to pick up and flip. So far the rubber seems more durable, too.

I have read several articles not to use wooden cutting boards that they can absorb bacteria from food primarily chicken.So, I hope this will be better
