I’m giving it 4 stars cuz I can’t rlly compare it to something better. But overall this product is good, it focuses well enough to read captions on Netflix. You do need to get a firestick/HDMI if you want to use Netflix, YouTube, Disney plus, etc… Apart from that you don’t rlly need anything else. Speaker is not loud enough for me but u can connect it to Alexa if you get the Amazon fire stick. It does not have Bluetooth, at least I couldn’t find it, so if u want to connect it to another speaker u might need a wire ( the wires used when u connect your headphones to a computer or an android phone). Screen is quite big, or at least big enough for me. It looks smaller on the picture I uploaded but trust me you don’t rlly need a bigger screen. The set up was alright. The only thing though, I struggled sooo much to connect the projector speaker to my Alexa, I didn’t know how to and since there’s no Bluetooth, it was hard. However once you do it, it just connects automatically unless u change the settings again . Once it’s all set, it is quite easy to use, like a normal TV. It works fine and I haven’t had any complications for now, plus the projector is also aesthetically pleasant I’d say. ;) if you’re looking for an affordable projector just get this one.

Firstly it’s worth mentioning that I usually watch everything on a higher end 4k tv with a fantastic panel in so I’m pretty snobby when it comes to screen quality.I bought this expecting a good enough picture to impress my kids when we have film nights. I plugged a fire stick directly into the projector and switched the projector and fire stick on whilst roughly aiming the projector at a nice large blank wall and straight away the brightness and colour reproduction impressed me. Upon dialing in the focus the image crisped up spectacularly! I couldn’t actually believe what I was seeing. I tested it with a bit of Netflix and then hooked up the switch. I thought I’d test it with a bit of tears of the kingdom. Lots of things going on graphically and lots of text. Everything was spot on. No input lag or image blur whatsoever and a screen about 200 inches wide!The one thing I noticed was that the sound was a bit tinny. A quick trip into settings and I realised it has different sound profiles. I changed it to the movie profile and suddenly the sound has a lot more depth and fullness. IMO it sounds as good as most tvs. If that’s still not suitable for your needs it has all the connections you need to have it running through any wired speaker or system you may have anyway.All In all I bought it to amaze my children but ended up amazing myself. Obviously I can’t talk about longevity yet but I had it on for about 2 hours constantly and not once did any part of the machine feel what I would class as too hot. I read through A lot of one star and two star reviews and all I can think is there must be different revisions of this same projector because all the negatives other buyers were mentioning are not present on my unit.All in all I feel like it’s a bargain and it’ll take our movie and game nights to the next level. I may even buy a black out blind and look at using a projector as a more full time thing I was that impressed.
