How do I contact this company about the missing small drawer in the plastic storage cabinet that I just purchased?

Is there a difference between red and black? There is a $5 price difference.

I bought the black cabinet. Can't imagine that the red color would change anything except for the cosmetics. I guess if you were to place the cabinet in a craft room inside your home, the color coordination might be important. My cabinet is in my garage so black seemed to be the choice. Really can not comment beyond that. Not much help here but I did not want to ignore your request.

How is it delivered? Do I have to put it together?

This item ships fully assembled. If you want to add the included dividers, they do need to be removed from the back of the cabinet.
