The best sleep aid I have ever tried! I'm pre- menopausal and have been having trouble falling asleep for months now. I tried a few products so far that weren't completely effective. The Olly maximum strength gummies have worked consistently well, since I started taking them. I take 2 about 30 minutes before bed time and I fall asleep 5- 7 minutes after I get in bed. I stay asleep the entire night and rarely wake up during the night. I sleep 8-9 hours now on average. I'm grateful to have found this product. Before I started taking these, I couldn't fall asleep until 3-5 in the morning and there were some nights I couldn't fall asleep at all. It was frustrating and exhausting. Now I sleep perfectly. Highly recommend this product.

Great brand, great ingredients, excellent soft texture without sticking to teeth, smells yummy, works well. (Just need to take one tablet personally which is 5mg of melatonin.) only negative is flavor is only meh. Kinda sour.

Melatonin from other brands has never really worked for me but I came across a trial pack of the regular sleep gummies from this brand at the store so I decided to give them a shot. Although the blackberry zen flavor was really gross they worked really well so I decided to check here for a bigger pack once I ran out. I came across these and I'm so glad I did! Not only is this flavor delicious, the texture of the gummies are a lot more soft and easy to chew. I have horrid anxiety and getting to sleep can be a struggle. After about 20 mins after taking these my mind is calm and I'm able to sleep through the night. Another thing I love is I don't feel all groggy in the morning like I would when taking my prescription med. I loved these so much I have them on a subscription. I really enjoy this brand and will be looking into some other supplements from them.
