Q: is this going to be enough to make a reborn doll ?

As long as you have something like plastic beads or rice to make the weight more realistic you should be able to make at least one reborn. Im not sure you'd be able to stuff all this fluff into one tiny baby without making it incredibly stiff

Based on what I used to stuff my 5 -18” bears, my “guess” would be at least 4-5 boxes.

Q: How many 14x14 pillows will this make?

Ordered this to fill an Amy Butler 24" Gumdrop Pillow that required 120 ounces of fill so I used this entire box and also needed three 16 ounce bags of same Fairfield Poly-Fil. Provided great body and was easy to distribute inside this floor pillow. This 5# box really decreased the cost of the fill that this pillow required.

Q: Can this be used to fill up down feather couch cushions which have gone flat?

In no way is this the equivalent to down feathers. It works nicely to fill a cushion. I guess you’d have to remove the feathers as I don’t think there would be a way to mix the two.
