What is the final dimensions of the toy ?

this is not a toy. it is a model kit assembly required.

After assembly, there were a few remaining pieces that I didn't know what to do with, anyone had that?

I have not assembled it, still in the box...I am assuming they may be extras

Is this made of die cast metal?

No its made of lightweight plastic. Not horrible but not like the die cast metal ones of the past.
