Problem with product and support
Stay away from Pyle products. This is the 2nd amplifier that we purchased from Pyle for our customers premises, it also the 2nd defective one. Both the 60w & 100w units had speaker output problems. The current PCM60A amplifier that we purchased 3 months ago is defective with a similar problem as the 1st.In all the 30 years that we have been in business we have never had a worst experience in getting the warranty repairs done. It took 2 months to get the 1st defective amplifier repaired. we are now trying to get a return authorization to send the 2nd defective amplifier back. It has been 3 weeks of phone calls and E-mailsYou get what you pay for for the product but customer support is something else

70V amp powering 4 pendant speakers - fills 4000 square feet
Replaced another 70V/100V 120W unit (which was switching off intermittently) with this 70V 100W unit. I had 4 JBL C65P/T 5.25" Pendant Speakers in a 40' by 100' event space, powered at 100V before. Now with the Pyle PCM60A at 70V. The volume is the same, this has a bit warmer sound. I like the bluetooth and FM radio features. Lots of features at this price point and it sounds fine. We'll look into repairing the other so we have a spare. Also it fits in the space better, it's just on a shelf so the other amp always looked like I should have it in a rack or half rack. This is larger and there isn't a vent on the top, better since people always put stuff on top when it's just on a shelf. So very economical for our purpose.

Great Product
This Pyle Amplifier has been working fantastic since I installed it. The only complaint that I had was that it did not come with a power cord. Other than having to "custom" adjust the wiring from the old Bogen Communications WMA80 Amp to the new Pyle Amp everything else worked great.

Pretty good PA replacement with extras.
This amp replaced an old Bogen that died. This unit also came with a FM tuner also. We ended up replacing our shop radio with this and connected our telephone paging to it also.

Wouldn’t be my first choice
Don’t buy unless you are comfortable working on the internals of an amplifier. Ordered two, had problems with both of them out of the box. After I was able to get one to work, it seemed to power the existing 25v speakers well. Both amps had a built in radio that was not advertised but was a nice addition. If I were ordering an amplifier today, this model would not be my first choice because of quality control issues

Great product for a great value!
Perfect item to use for home stereo, karaoke, or just Bluetooth from iPhone. Bass and treble knob is the reason I was sold!

Quality control issues abound
I ordered several of these to refresh some classrooms. All but one of these had defects. Many didn't accept external wired inputs correctly and would only work in the FM/BT modes. One would not produce any output. Seems like great set of features in concept but poor construction or quality control. Also, note there are two different PCM60A amp models by Pyle. The older is pictured in the Amazon description, but I received the newer version with FM tuner and Bluetooth connectivity. Not sure why manufacturer would reuse the same model #.
