The kit includes enough consumable ingredients to make 15 gallons. The hardware can be re-used to make as many batches as you'd like.

Can this kit be used to make rhubarb wine and lilac wine? Can this kit be used to make mead?

This kit seems like it can be used to make any kind of wine or mead! It does include recipes for rhubarb wine and mead. I am not sure if the process for mead is different so you may need to look up directions, but it should work.

How many bottles of wine does this make?

I have found it to make about 3.5 bottles/batch. One could probably get 4, but I worry about it frothing up during fermentation and making a mess

Is there any way to buy a replacement recipe book?

We don't sell the book by itself, but it can be found for sale; search for "Handcraft Winemaking Guide" , and you will find it on Amazon.
