The blue one. An even 4 Tbsp (2oz.) makes for the perfect cupcake. If you want a great dome you can always use the 400/325 method as well. After filling cups 2oz full, bake the cakes at 400 for the first five minutes, then down to 325 for the remainder of the time - usually 15 minutes. Perfect dome every time! ;)
