Ingredients are fine!
A good substitute for the name brand version. I don’t like the way the capsule seems to melt when in my weekly case of pills. It becomes sticky and will stick to other pills in the same compartment. It’s a nuisance but worth the lower cost.

Same small gel cap as name brands. Same vitamin content as name brands. Easy to swallow. No vitamin aftertaste.

3 years ago my doctor diagnosed me with beginning of macular degeneration. I started taking this AREDS2 supplement. Within a year I had a repeat X-ray….no signs of macular degeneration!!! Don’t know if it was a fluke….but couldn’t ask for a better result.
