good brand name quality. not sure about some of the vitamins on here so I went with a name I recognize. I'd rather take my chances with these than something that came from a chinese wet market, so there's that.I actually do feel a bit more energized since i started taking them and some added mental clarity but I'm not a doctor so take that for what it is. you get a lot of them in the bottle too for the cost.

Had been using One A Day vitamins and got tired of choking on the pill size almost every time. These are about the same size, but must have a coating or something because I have yet to have a pill get stuck, or choke on one. I have trouble digesting most vitamins which is what had me on One A Day as I could digest those okay, and fortunately these are just as good if not a bit better. Going to stay with these from now on, two thumbs up.
