I have no problems. They're very strong.

These appear the same at first glance but do not install properly. The first part goes into the holes and that’s where it stops working - the cover section does not fit over the top and “click” in to make the install secure. I could basically just pop the whole thing out so it does nothing to hold the visor in place. Cheap replacement that isn’t properly made.

The loop doesn't hold snug like the factory visor clip.Plus the included spring is too long and makes it impossible to even put the visor into it so I had to disassemble it, remove the spring, and squash it down with some pliers before reinstalling it. Once I did that it is serviceable but definitely not perfect.The material is also not the best, the first clip broke and I had to immediately go to the backup, it just wasn't worth the hassle to go for a replacement.

Later I will add a photo, but it did take me few tries with the help of a pair of regular pliers that had rubber covered handles. I used the rubber handle side so as to not mar or crack the plastic. After five or six tries, I repositioned myself in the car seat, sitting on my leg so could have more leverage because plain sitting in the seat does not give you ANY leverage. After I did that, boom, the covering piece clicked and locked in place quite easily. The "cornsilk beigeJ" color matched the interior of my 2015 Fortana Red Passat TDI. Four stars is because I do not know how long it will last and it did take quite a bit of elbow grease to get the cover to click.

Popped right in

This is hard to push into place. It almost requires a hammer. The reason is, it is not made correctly. There's a raised ledge that shouldn't be there. See photo. If you wanted, you could simply grind/sand this flat, and it would work fine.IMO, this is a defect. I can't recommend this product because of the fitment due to the raised edge.

Install was smooth but took immense force to snap sunshade into bracket. Equivalent force rips entire bracket from headliner. Silicon lubricant did not resolve.
